Bajaj Auto Limited is an Indian multinational two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturing company based in Pune, Maharashtra. Bajaj has been selling its products in Bangladesh since the early 2000s. The company initially started importing and distributing its bikes through local importers and dealers. Later, it set up a manufacturing facility in Bangladesh in partnership with Runner Automobiles Ltd. It has been successful in creating its own market share in Bangladesh by introducing different models at different price points catering to different segments of the market. Bajaj is well known for its fuel-efficient and affordable bikes in Bangladesh.
